Ingredients
1 cup of cottage cheese (full fat)
2 organic eggs
1-2 teaspoons of everything bagel season or the spices you have:
⅛ teaspoon of sesame seeds
⅛ teaspoon poppy seeds
⅛ teaspoon dried onion
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
⅛ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Steps
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until all is evenly incorporated
Grease parchment paper on baking sheet
Pour on parchment paper the blended ingredients
Spread onto a thin layer
Bake for 20 minutes
Reduce heat to 315 degrees and bake for an additional 20 minutes
Let cool and store airtight in fridge.
