Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese (full fat)

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 1-2 teaspoons of everything bagel season or the spices you have:

    • ⅛ teaspoon of sesame seeds

    • ⅛ teaspoon poppy seeds

    • ⅛ teaspoon dried onion

    • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

    • ½ teaspoon sea salt 

    • ⅛ teaspoon of red pepper flakes 

  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until all is evenly incorporated

  3. Grease parchment paper on baking sheet

  4. Pour on parchment paper the blended ingredients 

  5. Spread onto a thin layer

  6. Bake for 20 minutes

  7. Reduce heat to 315 degrees and bake for an additional 20 minutes

  8. Let cool and store airtight in fridge.
