Avocado Toast

Serves:

1

  • 1 slice sourdough bread

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

  • Sea salt, to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Red pepper flakes, to taste

Steps

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden and crisp.

  2. Drizzle the toast lightly with olive oil.

  3. Mash the avocado directly onto the toast with a fork.

  4. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  5. Top with pumpkin seeds for a satisfying crunch.


Enjoy immediately while warm and crisp!
