Baked Sole

Serves:

2 people

Ingredients

  • 1 pounds of dover sole 

  • Chili powder seasoning 

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp parsley

  • Olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons of butter cut into thin pieces

  • 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced

  • 1 whole lemon

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

  3. Season the cod with spices

  4. Lay the cod on top of parchment paper

  5. Lightly drizzle the fish with olive oil

  6. Place the herbs, garlic, and pieces of butter on top of fish

  7. Squeeze lemon juice onto the fish.

  8. Bake for 9 minutes.
