Ingredients
2/3 cups chia seeds
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup hemp seeds
2 cans light coconut milk
1 tsp.cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp freshly grated ginger or powdered ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
¼ cup raw walnuts (optional)
1 banana (optional)
Steps
Whisk together cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, salt, vanilla extra.
Add in hemp seeds, pumpkin puree and coconut milk.
Lastly, add the chia seeds mix until all is incorporated.
Refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight to enjoy the next morning. Top with sliced bananas and walnuts for extra flavor and protein.
