Summer Yogurt Fruit Pops

Serves:

4

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla for extra sweetness)

  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

  • 1 to 1½ cups mixed fresh fruit (like strawberries, blueberries, peaches, or mango), chopped

  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Steps

  1. Mix the base: In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt).

  2. Add fruit: Gently fold in chopped fresh fruit.

  3. Fill molds: Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, tapping them on the counter to remove air pockets.

  4. Insert sticks: Place the sticks in and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight until solid.

  5. Unmold: Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen and enjoy!

Tip: For a swirled look, layer yogurt and fruit puree or jam instead of mixing everything together.
